# I invited a client and they don't show up

> Until they accept, the client stays in Invitations, not in your list.

When you invite someone (by link or manual signup), they don't appear in your [Clients](https://dashboard.kaizer.app/clients) list until they finish accepting. In the meantime they live in [Invitations](https://dashboard.kaizer.app/clients/invitations) as pending.

From there you can copy the link again and resend it. When the client downloads the app, creates their account, and confirms the association, they move to your list on their own.

If a lot of time has passed, resend the link or ask whether they managed to install the app. The link doesn't expire, so you can send it as many times as needed.
