# Dashboard tour

The sidebar groups everything into blocks. On [Home](https://dashboard.kaizer.app) you see your summary: your totals, the week's activity, and the clients who need action from you.

The Clients block gathers your [Clients](https://dashboard.kaizer.app/clients) list, the [Invitations](https://dashboard.kaizer.app/clients/invitations), and the [Chat](https://dashboard.kaizer.app/chats). Under Programming you'll find the [Plans](https://dashboard.kaizer.app/training-plans) (your plans) and the [Exercises](https://dashboard.kaizer.app/exercises). Under Metrics you have the Calendar and your [Metrics](https://dashboard.kaizer.app/analytics).

Further down is [Kaizer AI](https://dashboard.kaizer.app/chatbot), your assistant, and at the bottom the [Marketplace](https://dashboard.kaizer.app/marketplace), the News, and this Help. The sidebar expands when you hover over it.
