# Create your trainer account

> Sign up with email and password or with Google and enter the initial flow.

From the sign-up screen you create your account with your email and a password of at least 6 characters (you confirm it twice). You can also sign up with your Google account in a single click.

As soon as you create it, Kaizer sends a verification email to the address you used. Until you verify it, you can't enter the dashboard, so that's the mandatory first step (see [Verify your email](https://kaizer.app/en/help/getting-started/verify-email)).

Once your email is verified, you complete your profile just once and your trainer account becomes active.
