[Payments](https://dashboard.kaizer.app/client-payments) is where you track what each of your clients pays you. Kaizer does not process the money: you keep charging outside the app the way you already do — cash, bank transfer, whatever you use — and here only the count is kept.

The Clients tab shows one row per client with their status: up to date, due soon, late, or paused. From that row you record a payment, send a reminder, or edit how you charge them. History gathers every payment you've recorded, and Settings holds the defaults every new charge starts from.

To start, turn the feature on from Settings (see [Turn payments on for everyone](https://kaizer.app/en/help/client-payments/activate-client-payments)).
