The delivery card in [Settings → Automations](https://dashboard.kaizer.app/settings/automations) has a single choice: whether AI-generated routines are sent to the client automatically. If you say no, they stay pending so you can review them and send them yourself.

The updates card covers what happens to routines that are already running. Automatic progressive overload adjusts the weight per set and per week based on the client's progress, goal, and calculated 1RM. Auto-archiving files a routine as soon as the client completes its last session, and new accounts start with this one off. And the RIR question asks the client how many reps they had in reserve after finishing each exercise.

Those three switches are your default for everyone, but each client can differ: from a client's settings in [Clients](https://dashboard.kaizer.app/clients) you can override any of the three or leave it inheriting your global choice.
