# Time saved: what it measures

Time saved is an estimate of the hours Kaizer gives back to you compared to doing everything by hand.

The math is simple: it adds about 30 minutes for each routine you create and about 15 minutes for each session your clients complete. It's an approximation to give you a sense of magnitude, not a number that's exact to the minute.
