# Understanding your KPIs

In [Analytics](https://dashboard.kaizer.app/analytics), the first row shows your key indicators: how many clients you have, adherence (the percentage of completed sessions out of those that were available), the recorded sessions and the personal records for the period.

Each indicator comes with a change relative to the previous period and a mini trend chart.

At the top there's a range selector to view the last week, the last month, the last few months, and so on. Everything is recalculated when you change it.
